We offer a variety of coffee from around the world but Guatemalan coffee is our specialty! All of our Guatemalan coffee beans are strictly hard bean (also referred to as strictly high grown), because they are grown at elevations above 4,400 feet. The higher altitude slows coffee growth, giving the coffee more time to develop deep rich flavor profiles. Our supplier won First Place in the National Association of Coffee of Guatemala [ANACAFE] Antigua Regional competition. We offer high quality varieties of Guatemalan coffee. This coffee has full bodied texture and well balanced flavor, making it the favorite of many coffee connoisseurs. The coffees of Antigua are grown along steep volcanic slopes and receive at least 50mm of rain every month of the year. The coffees of Atitlan are also grown in volcanic soil, rich in organic matter and shaded by native foliage. Acatenango Volcano is the third largest peak in Central America. San Marcos is home to Tajumulco, the highest volcano in Central America. The standard practice is hand-picked coffee beans, producing some of the world's most exceptional award winning coffee.

The Guatemalan coffee crop is regulated by ANACAFE (The national Coffee Association of Guatemala), and the only coffee permitted for sale as regionally designated coffee, must meet the strict flavor profile criteria set by ANACAFE. Analab is the lab which analyzes the soil, water and leaves for premium quality. The cupping lab involves sensory analysis and all of their cuppers are Q-graders of the highest standard. They offer Funcafé to assure coffee farms are socially responsible and promote human development in rural coffee farming areas. In 2016 a "Behmor Inspired" program kicked off and has seen great success. Coffee growers were given trained roasters so they may get to know their coffee better, educating farms and inspiring growers to pride themselves in their coffee crop and to produce some the finest quality coffee in the world.
